this is the 1st & only pepakura project i've worked on ... too many other things in my life are going awry (hence the long time to respond - i haven't been on here in months). I was going to send you a link to the sizing article i found for my info, but that was on another computer that is now dead. I can't find the printed one bcz it was a long time ago & is long lost. I wish i had info for you, but chaos now rules my world. my apologies.

The work put into the fiberglass one would probably take about $400 to pry it out my fingers ... that's how much work goes into this kind of thing (and it's not even completed) ... I doubt anyone would make you one for cheap ... make one yourself and spend $20 or less on supplies!!!

you download the plans & have to build them out of paper, then fiberglass them. Make them, not buy them...

I already have this fiber-glassed and have done a good bit of bondo work on it. Kinda got tired of working on it. Still have a bit to do before it's perfect. I scaled it to my head-size and allowed for thickness of padding. Was going to put lights on it & everything, but just haven't found any incentive to work on it further....
Good luck with yours!
