Progress on Pepakura Halo Helmby ~redtailhawker

This is my Halo helmet that I started back last May. I haven't worked on this at all in the past few months. I was planning on adding lights as part of the details ... but we'll see if I get that far.
This started out as a paper shell (Pepakura) and is now fiberglass.

Hey i was wondering.
How do you make the fiber glass mold of it? Like say i make the Pepkura helmet, then what do you do?
I have done some work with resin to make vinyl toys. For that i made a clay model, then made a silicone mold of the clay toy, then poured resin into the silicone with an end result of a hollow plastic toy.
would it be similar for this helmet?

I coated the INSIDE of the paper helmet with fiberglass. That way, the outside of the helmet has the proper shape & details.

hi i am having trouble putting height and stuff can u help??? am 6 ft tall am starting on a noob saibot mk mask cause its small and its the first time making pepakura things thats the only problem i have man cause the other thing are a bit easier than putting the heigh correct and hoping the blueprints come perfect can u help??? awesome helmet man wow u must be proud of it wish i could feel like u right now lol

this is the 1st & only pepakura project i've worked on ... too many other things in my life are going awry (hence the long time to respond - i haven't been on here in months). I was going to send you a link to the sizing article i found for my info, but that was on another computer that is now dead. I can't find the printed one bcz it was a long time ago & is long lost. I wish i had info for you, but chaos now rules my world. my apologies.
